Our indoor wood-burning oven is an entirely natural way of cooking meats, fish & vegetables, with just a little seasoning, giving a full & unique flavour.
We spend a great deal of time sourcing the very best ingredients that Scotland has to offer, not forgetting our kitchen garden lovingly tended by our own hands throughout the summer.
We are delighted with our new tables, hand-crafted by Brodies Timber out of beautiful Scottish elm. They are all different because we have kept the natural tone of the wood, and have a lovely warm feel. Thank you Brodies - they were worth the wait.
Looking ahead to a busy summer period at the restaurant, we will be taking a break from service from the 1st - 12th of August this year. Open again on the Wednesday 15th August.
