Our indoor wood-burning oven is an entirely natural way of cooking meats, fish & vegetables, with just a little seasoning, giving a full & unique flavour.
We spend a great deal of time sourcing the very best ingredients that Scotland has to offer, not forgetting our kitchen garden lovingly tended by our own hands throughout the summer.
This Thursday (25th of April) at 7pm we have our Burgundy Wine Dinner - £70 per head
We are being joined by Savinien Legeleux, one of the Directors of the prestigious Maison Francois Martenot in Beaune to taste and be expertly guided through the wines. The Menu (below) is classical and French and sure to show the wines at their best.
