Our indoor wood-burning oven is an entirely natural way of cooking meats, fish & vegetables, with just a little seasoning, giving a full & unique flavour.

We spend a great deal of time sourcing the very best ingredients that Scotland has to offer, not forgetting our kitchen garden lovingly tended by our own hands throughout the summer.

This Tain cheddar & herb crusted hake fillet is one of most popular dishes on our current menu, which is receiving great feedback from our customers, new and old.  We are looking forward to devising new and interesting dishes in 2019, as well as a couple of special evenings and wine events in the pipeline.........
